ABOUT ME
As a Registered Massage Therapist, I take pride in ensuring my patients feel safe and comfortable in the treatment space. My goals are to empower you with knowledge about your body and to collaborate with you in crafting a well-rounded treatment plan that helps you achieve your health and wellness goals. Your specific treatment plan may include a variety of treatment modalities including massage, cupping, and acupuncture. ​My clinical focus is treatment-based, however, I am well-versed in relaxation massage as well. ​I have had the privilege of working in multiple styles of treatment settings, from multidisciplinary clinics to sports medicine clinics and high-end spas.
I completed my BSc. at the University of Toronto in 2011 and my Massage Therapy Diploma from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2014, and have since completed continuing education in treating Jaw dysfunction (TMD/TMJD), voice tongue and swallowing, .
My current practice is out of my Home at the North end of Fergus.
